Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Grace Byng Aesthetics Skin. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 48 hours from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In the same condition as received

• In their original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Once your return is approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm its condition. You will be notified once your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Due to the active ingredients in many of our products, it is important that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
