Interpretation

Definitions : 

• Company = Grace Byng Aesthetics Skin

• Customer = individuals residing in the United Kingdom using our services

• Platform = our website, mobile, or tablet applications

• Services = online skincare consultations, advice, and related services

• Consultation = video, audio, email or text interaction with a Skin Expert

• Skin Expert/Consultant= qualified therapist. 

• Treatment = advice or recommendations provided during a consultation. 

General

These terms override any other terms a Customer may try to apply unless agreed in writing.

The Contract is the entire agreement between you and us.

Orders are accepted when we begin providing services.

By ordering, having a consultation or creating an account, you accept these Terms and our policies.

You confirm you have not relied on statements outside these Terms.

Services

We provide private skincare consultations and related administrative services (e.g., advice, product recommendations).

Skin Experts are independent professionals and are responsible for their own advice.

Where appropriate, consultations may include product prescriptions, which you may choose to purchase.

Our Obligations

We will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

If services are faulty, we will aim to correct them or offer another consultation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not responsible for internet-related delays or issues.

We confirm we hold necessary licences to provide services.

Customer Data

You own your personal data.

We use your data to:

• process payments

• communicate about similar services

Consultations

Consultations are delivered via video, audio, email or text.

We cannot guarantee availability or exact timing.

Absolute security of consultations cannot be guaranteed.

Charges and Payment

• Fees must be paid in advance (unless otherwise agreed)

• Payments are in GBP

• Fees are non-refundable except where stated

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to Grace Byng Aesthetics Skin.

You are granted a limited personal-use licence only.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless required by law.

Cancellation

• Customers must give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

• We may reschedule or cancel consultations

• If we cancel, you may request a refund or rebooking

• No liability for indirect losses

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by:

• breach of these terms

• inaccurate information provided

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages

• Skin Experts are independent and responsible for their advice

• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months

Nothing excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury due to negligence

• fraud

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. outages, natural disasters).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales
